About the role

Lead and manage a shift team in a new warehouse, focusing on operations, KPIs, and process improvement.
- •We are looking for a new colleague for our newly established warehouse in Opatovice nad Labem near Hradec Králové for the position of Area Manager.
- •You will have the unique chance to be there from day one, launch operations, bring the warehouse to life, and build a functional shift team.
- •Key Responsibilities Leading a shift team, focusing on motivation, task delegation, and coordination.
- •Monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for team efficiency.
- •Analyzing data to manage operations, evaluate shift performance, and react in real-time.
- •Improving internal processes to increase efficiency.
- •Communicating across warehouse departments to ensure smooth shift operations.
- •Requirements Experience in leading people, including communication, motivation, and team management in a dynamic environment.
- •PC proficiency for data tracking and process management.
- •Responsibility, reliability, and a desire for professional development.
- •Active English for daily work communication.
