- •As a Technical Program Manager for Compute Infrastructure, you will lead technical programs to develop and rollout next generation technology solutions to process a diverse spectrum of infrastructure workloads across Roblox services to enable users around the world to efficiently, reliably, and securely enjoy the Roblox Platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Build advanced infrastructure solutions for Roblox developer and user needs.
- •Define problem space, collect user requirements and drive engineering teams to plan and ship large-scale systems.
- •Align senior leadership and key stakeholders around program roadmap.
- •Manage programs from beginning to end, focusing on what is best for long-term success.
- •Influence, drive and deliver the product roadmap in support of innovation, cost-to-serve, scale, performance, quality and reliability and other strategic business initiatives.
- •Requirements Been a technical leader with domain expertise in systems and software used to process and manage Cloud and on-prem Infrastructure. 7+ years of experience in software industry driving the build of large-scale infrastructure.
- •Experienced with establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and earning trust as a technical leader with all partners.
- •Experienced with identifying critical technical problems and opportunities.
