The Solutions Architect will manage technical relationships and integrations for enterprise customers.

•Design and deliver tailored demos and POCs that showcase how Roadrunner’s PQA stack fits into a customer’s existing CRM, ERP, and broader enterprise architecture.
•Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, build technical credibility with IT and business stakeholders, and remove technical blockers early in the sales cycle.
•Lead post-sale technical onboarding: gather requirements, architect integration solutions, and work hands-on with implementation engineers to bring customers live and scale.
•Translate real-world customer needs into actionable product insights for Engineering and Product teams.
•Requirements Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with a track record of owning complex enterprise deals or implementations end-to-end.
•Confidence engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
•Hands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CPQ, HubSpot), along with a strong understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
•Working knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader revenue stack, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
