About the role
TL;DR
Owns complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise clients.
- •Airwallex is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA.
- •You will translate business requirements into actionable plans, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor for high-value implementations and expansions.
- •Partner with teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, focusing on ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
- •Work with sales teams on technical discovery and recommend best-fit integration blueprints.
- •Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
- •Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management. 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a fast-paced environment.
- •Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- •Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations.
