TL;DR
Drive financial planning, lead strategic analyses, and support operational backbone.
- •We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team, partnering closely with our Head of Finance and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive financial planning and forecasting Lead high-visibility strategic analyses (pricing, GTM ROI, new product launches) Support the operational backbone of our growing embedded finance platform Requirements 5-7 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a high-growth SaaS (or broader tech) startup following a foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting Strong financial modeling skills and comfortable building and iterating on forecasts (revenue, expense, cash flow) from the ground up Analytical by default: you let data lead your conclusions, and you're comfortable pulling and manipulating your own data (Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Looker)
