- •Technical Adoption Architects (TAA) are product experts and problem solvers responsible for understanding customer goals, validating Ironclad's fit, and advising on AI-supported contracting processes to drive customer value and adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales through activation.
- •Design and build customers' contracting processes in Ironclad, configuring workflows and integrations.
- •Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end, determining technical solutions and scope.
- •Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation and responsible AI integration.
- •Requirements 2+ years of professional services or consulting experience with software companies.
- •Strong consultative discovery skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
- •Comfort operating in ambiguity and making sound decisions.
- •Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency.
