- •Rescale is seeking a Principal Security GRC Analyst to drive control implementation, audit readiness, and cross-framework harmonization for their cloud-based HPC and simulation platform.
- •This high-autonomy role involves owning complex compliance problems end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Mature a comprehensive security governance, risk, and compliance program.
- •Work directly with auditors and government officials across various security and compliance frameworks.
- •Own and drive large projects to ensure compliance with chosen frameworks.
- •Partner with engineering, product, and platform teams to translate compliance requirements into practical controls.
- •Represent the compliance program in customer-facing discussions and due diligence reviews.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience with multiple compliance frameworks and audits.
- •Deep expertise in at least one security framework (SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or NIST SP 800 series).
- •Exposure to other frameworks and regulations (GDPR, ITAR, EAR, NISPOM, CMMC) is a plus.
- •US Citizenship is a requirement.
