- •This role will build out discovery operations from the ground up, support active matters, and drive information governance maturation.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle.
- •Own the operational design and execution of the legal hold program.
- •Administer the discovery technology stack including RelativityOne.
- •Design and document standard operating procedures and playbooks.
- •Operate the discovery vendor program.
- •Requirements Hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle.
- •Track record of founding or rebuilding discovery operations functions.
- •Working knowledge of major discovery platforms like RelativityOne.
- •Strong understanding of discovery rules and ESI preservation obligations.
- •Experience operating discovery across modern enterprise data sources.
