About the role
TL;DR
Lead Sardine's security compliance and GRC function, managing audits and risk across multiple frameworks.
- •As Security Compliance Lead, you own Sardine’s security compliance and GRC function end-to-end, reducing risk through effective communication and program ownership.
- •You will be the primary point of contact for auditors and regulators, partnering with various teams to ensure successful compliance exercises.
- •Key Responsibilities Own compliance planning and programs across SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and DORA.
- •Drive Sardine's FedRAMP effort, coordinating control implementation and assessments.
- •Serve as the primary interface to auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
- •Own the control framework, risk picture, and customer assurance programs.
- •Requirements 7+ years in security compliance, GRC, or audit, with end-to-end ownership of audit programs.
- •Deep knowledge of security and privacy frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA, DORA).
- •Technical and product comfort, able to engage with engineering and product teams.
- •Excellent communication skills, with executive-ready documentation and credible presence.
