- •The position requires advising senior executives, influencing strategic direction, and translating high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes, particularly in AI Transformation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Reddit's Finance SaaS portfolio.
- •Lead AI-first finance strategy, championing intelligent automation and AI use cases.
- •Drive build-vs-buy and vendor selection decisions for Finance technology investments.
- •Directly manage a team of SaaS product managers, setting clear direction and priorities.
- •Own vendor relationships at the portfolio level, including renewals, SLAs, and escalations.
- •Requirements 8+ years in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation, with 2+ years managing people.
- •Demonstrated ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains (ERP, EPM/CPM, P2P, O2C, treasury, payroll).
- •Track record of building and running a product/intake operating model.
- •Strong vendor management and people management experience.
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to operate across abstraction levels.
