- •Veeam is seeking a Director of Product Management to shape the future of data resilience for modern data services and analytical data layers, including databases, lakehouses, and analytical platforms.
- •This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Product.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with engineering to break down complex problems and drive sprint planning.
- •Articulate the 'why' behind product development through data-centric analysis.
- •Evangelize new products with customers and partners, gathering feedback for iteration.
- •Engage directly with customers and sales teams to understand usage and refine the roadmap.
- •Define, prioritize, and execute end-to-end product development from launch to scale.
- •Requirements Deep expertise in modern data services and analytical data layers (e.g., Amazon RDS, Azure Cosmos DB, Databricks, Snowflake).
- •Hands-on experience with lakehouse architecture and governance models.
- •A passion for building and technology, with the ability to showcase product capabilities.
- •Prior product management experience taking initiatives from launch to scale in data infrastructure, databases, or analytics.
- •First-principles problem-solving skills and a data-centric mindset.
