- •Define and track key metrics, reporting progress to executives and investors.
- •Requirements 10+ years in product management, with experience leading product at Head/VP/Senior Director level.
- •Proven track record building consumer or prosumer products in fintech, wealthtech, or regulated industries.
- •Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features as a core product component.
- •Sharp instincts for balancing automation with human-in-the-loop design.
- •Proven ability to hire, grow, and lead a product team from the ground up.
