TL;DR
Define and articulate customer value, positioning, and sales strategies for Hightouch's products.
- •Hightouch is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Manager to define how the company creates, communicates, and proves customer value, and how that value is positioned and sold.
- •This role is critical for shaping the go-to-market strategy for core offerings, understanding buyer needs, and translating product capabilities into compelling value stories for sellers.
- •Key Responsibilities Author business outcome cases for the Agentic CDP and its components.
- •Build and maintain a canonical use case library mapping ICP to pain, use case, product, and proof points.
- •Develop pain-to-future-state narratives, including framing, discovery paths, qualification criteria, and objection handling.
- •Partner with the launch team to define go-to-market answers for product releases.
- •Clearly document product capabilities and boundaries to prevent sellers from discovering limits in front of customers.
- •Requirements 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or an adjacent go-to-market function.
- •Proven track record of authoring frameworks, not just producing collateral.
- •Direct experience with products sold to both technical and business buyers; Martech, data infrastructure, analytics, or data warehousing is a strong plus.
- •Evidence that sellers have successfully used your enablement materials.
- •Fluency in a qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
