TL;DR
Manage HR operations and employee experience for the Spanish market, acting as the local People team representative.
- •As a People Operations Manager, you will join the People Operations team to deliver an exceptional employee experience, with a strong focus on Spanish talents.
- •You will be a key figure for the Barcelona office, acting as the on-site representative of the People team.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage HR-related matters and become a strong partner for the entire team.
- •Serve as the reference person for HR topics including Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Legal, HR policies and processes, and HRIS.
- •Advise on local legal practices and Spanish labor regulations.
- •Contribute to HR projects to enhance working methods and HR policies.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience as a People Operations, HR specialist, or similar HR generalist role.
- •Good knowledge of HR & legal topics in Spain.
- •Comfortable operating with strong autonomy and making sound judgment calls.
- •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Fluent in Spanish and English.
