About the role
TL;DR
Legal Intern to draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts for a fintech platform.
- •Join Qonto's Legal team as a Legal Intern (Commercial) for a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
- •You will help protect the commercial foundations of Europe's leading business finance platform and work on real contract work across Qonto's European markets from day one.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS, partnerships, marketing, NDAs, professional services).
- •Maintain and update client-facing legal documents like terms and conditions.
- •Build legal infrastructure by creating contract templates and running internal training sessions.
- •Collaborate with business teams (Marketing, Sales, Tech) to answer commercial law questions.
- •Requirements Completing a Master 2 in French Business Law with a specialization in contract and commercial law.
- •Prior contract drafting or negotiation experience through internships, legal clinics, or coursework.
- •Exposure to or curiosity about tech, fintech, or banking environments.
- •Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- •Openness to using AI and legal tech tools to improve contract work.
