About the role
TL;DR
Legal Intern focusing on Product & AI law in fintech.
- •Join Qonto's dynamic Legal team as a Legal Intern (Product & AI) for a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
- •You'll dive into the cutting-edge world of fintech law, working alongside Charlotte, our Head of Legal, to tackle diverse legal challenges in product development and emerging regulations.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts for new Qonto products.
- •Conduct banking law analysis and assess how regulations apply to Qonto products.
- •Analyze and apply emerging frameworks like the EU AI Act.
- •Collaborate with Regulatory, Product, Strategy, and Growth teams.
- •Contribute to proactive legal management.
- •Requirements Master 2 in French Business Law or passed the bar exam.
- •Previous internship or work experience in tech, fintech, or banking.
- •Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- •Working knowledge of banking, payments, and data protection regulations.
- •Fluent in French and English.
