- •Pomelo Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to build, scale, and manage their creator and partner ecosystem to drive measurable patient growth.
- •This role requires a blend of creative strategy and performance operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and manage creator relationships, including sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing partnerships.
- •Drive creative strategy by developing new content concepts and a UGC-led creative testing roadmap.
- •Fuel paid social acquisition by negotiating usage rights and licensing terms for creator assets.
- •Optimize funnel performance by testing creative formats, messaging, and landing page integrations.
- •Ensure all content adheres to healthcare privacy laws and FTC/FDA guidelines.
- •Requirements 5+ years of influencer, creator, or performance marketing experience, preferably in DTC health, wellness, subscription, or regulated healthcare.
- •Proven track record of building creator programs that deliver measurable brand reach and business impact.
- •Hands-on experience managing growth budgets with direct accountability for conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- •Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including negotiating usage rights and ad licensing.
- •Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate creative briefing, script generation, and performance analysis.
