- •Pomelo Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to drive new patient acquisition by building, testing, and scaling offline and partner channels.
- •This role will own acquisition channels and execute the DTC growth strategy across various channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive new patient growth by building, testing, and scaling offline and partner channels.
- •Own acquisition channels and drive day-to-day execution of DTC growth strategy.
- •Build a high-velocity testing and optimization engine from the ground up.
- •Manage and optimize the acquisition marketing budget, balancing acquisition targets with CAC efficiency.
- •Lead and manage key agency relationships and external partners.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in DTC growth marketing with deep hands-on acquisition marketing experience.
- •Experience in a 0-1 growth environment, testing, iterating, and scaling channels from scratch.
- •Demonstrable experience owning and operating offline channels and partnerships.
- •A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from idea to test.
- •Strong balance of creative ideation and data-driven decision making.
