- •The Practice Operations Lead ensures our clinicians have the operational infrastructure, clear workflows, and change management support they need to succeed.
- •Key Responsibilities Partnering directly with Clinical Leads, this role owns the day-to-day operational support of the care team, driving program and Individual Clinician metrics and ensuring high-quality, standardized care delivery.
- •Own the operations, documentation, and continuous evaluation of day-to-day practice workflows.
- •Ensure workflows are optimized to reduce administrative burden while meeting clinical standards.
- •Lead operational change management for the clinical teams, in collaboration with clinical leads.
- •Translate practice-wide changes into clear, actionable guidance and ensure smooth rollouts of new tools, strategies, or team structures.
- •Requirements 5+ years operations or consulting experience, ideally having worked within healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup Extremely data-driven and an analytical thinker
