Senior Web Designer to elevate web experiences and evolve the design system.
- •PolyAI is seeking a Senior Web Designer to define and elevate the design experience across poly.ai and all web-facing surfaces.
- •This role will own and evolve the website design system, lead user research, and set the quality bar for web experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the website design system, establishing scalable patterns and component libraries.
- •Lead the end-to-end design process for web projects, from concept to hand-off.
- •Drive innovation through exploration, prototyping, and user testing to improve user experience.
- •Embed best practices around responsive design, accessibility, and design-system governance.
- •Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and explore new interaction paradigms.
- •Requirements 6+ years of professional design experience with a focus on web and digital product design.
- •A portfolio showcasing mastery of UX design, interaction design, and design-system architecture.
- •Deep expertise in systems thinking and building/governing design systems.
- •Strong command of modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and comfort working with front-end development.
- •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted design workflows and raise quality/velocity.
