Product Designer to shape the UI/UX and design system for an AI phone agent platform.
- •Bland AI is seeking a Product Designer to own the look and behavior of their AI phone agent platform.
- •This role involves shaping the interaction model, visual language, and design system for a rapidly expanding product surface in the nascent voice AI space.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the product's design system, including architecture, components, and motion.
- •Define interaction design for major product surfaces, translating behavior into shipped UI.
- •Establish and evolve the product's visual direction.
- •Contribute frontend polish to the codebase.
- •Collaborate with the lead designer and PM to solve product problems and craft solutions.
- •Requirements Proven ability to create visually impressive work and strong opinions on software aesthetics in the age of generative design.
- •Experience building and implementing a production design system.
- •Deep understanding of interaction design, including handling dense data and dynamic states.
- •Comfort with AI coding tools and implementing frontend polish. 4+ years of experience shipping web products, including time as the primary designer at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
