- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design of complex product experiences from discovery to optimization.
- •Translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.
- •Drive UX strategy and influence product roadmaps through user research and data.
- •Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- •Partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver technically feasible solutions.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience designing digital products in complex environments.
- •Proven track record of leading complex software product design from concept to launch.
- •Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable impact.
- •Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling.
