- •Key Responsibilities Own UX tradeoffs within features and drive design from discovery through delivery.
- •Simplify complex, regulated workflows into intuitive experiences.
- •Lead feature-level user research and partner with Product to validate solutions.
- •Apply and extend Sydecar's design system consistently.
- •Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to ship features.
- •Requirements 4+ years of product design experience.
- •Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership.
- •Experience designing complex workflows or system-heavy products.
- •Comfortable working within and extending an existing design system.
- •Experience partnering directly with Product, Engineers, and stakeholders.
