- •Plane is seeking its first dedicated GTM Engineer to build its outbound engine from the ground up.
- •This role involves creating systems and AI agents to generate qualified meetings, leveraging LLM providers and custom solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the outbound engine, creating systems and AI agents to generate qualified meetings.
- •Develop and execute cold outbound campaigns with strong data, personalization, and effective sequencing.
- •Manage email authority and deliverability, including domain setup, warmup, and sender reputation.
- •Utilize AI and LLMs for account research and personalization at scale.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in cold outbound or GTM engineering in B2B SaaS.
- •Hands-on experience with modern outbound stack tools like Clay, HeyReach, and HubSpot.
- •Strong understanding of email authority and deliverability best practices.
- •Comfort building with LLM providers like Anthropic and OpenAI.
