Senior IT Engineer to manage infrastructure, Okta, and automations.
- •Pendo's Business Systems team manages the IT infrastructure, automations, and support systems that enable employees to work securely and efficiently.
- •As a Senior IT Engineer, you will lead key IT infrastructure initiatives, manage Okta administration, develop automations, and support SaaS tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Okta administration, including SSO, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and SCIM provisioning.
- •Build automations using tools like Workato and n8n to reduce manual work.
- •Provide IT support, troubleshoot network issues, and manage A/V setups.
- •Manage and optimize SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack.
- •Enhance the employee Mac experience and support a primarily Mac fleet.
- •Requirements 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- •Deep experience with Okta administration (SSO, SCIM, Okta Workflows).
- •Proficiency with automation platforms (Workato, n8n, or similar).
- •Strong experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
- •Active AI fluency with daily use of AI tools for automation and problem-solving.
