Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain a highly available application platform.
- •OneTrust is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their R&D Team, focusing on mission-critical applications.
- •This role involves designing, delivering, and maintaining a highly available and performant application platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and implement application observability and platform monitoring tools.
- •Automate processes, tune alerts, and improve code to eliminate toil.
- •Collaborate with functional groups to identify and resolve gaps and issues.
- •Design and instrument SLIs such as latency, error rates, and availability.
- •Embed with product teams to review architectures and identify reliability risks.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical or business field. 4+ years of application development experience with Java or other equivalent language.
- •Experience with Spring environment and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- •Hands-on experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- •Knowledge with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, GitLab).
