About the role
TL;DR
Owns end-to-end technical implementation and customer adoption of the OneTrust platform.
- •OneTrust is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to drive and build customer relationships, implement the OneTrust platform, and manage customer expectations.
- •This role acts as a bridge between OneTrust and its customers, enhancing their user experience and relaying product feedback.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical implementation and support customer adoption from kick-off through go-live.
- •Triage, prioritise, and drive resolution for escalated technical issues.
- •Proactively identify, assess, and communicate project risks.
- •Use experience across core technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and APIs.
- •Be an advocate for our customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering.
- •Requirements BA/BS OR MS in Computer Science, Electrical OR Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management or Information Technology/Systems, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- •Experience working with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations.
- •Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- •Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian Suite.
- •Effective customer-facing relationship building skills.
