About the role
TL;DR
Develops and optimizes customer-facing features on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- •OneTrust is seeking a hands-on Digital CX Developer with full-stack capability and a strong front-end bias to implement, customize, and optimize features across their customer portal and community platform.
- •You will be a key technical resource, bringing customer journeys to life through interface development, backend configuration, integrations, and automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and maintain features and integrations across OneTrust’s digital customer platforms.
- •Design and develop customer-facing experiences in Salesforce Experience Cloud and related digital platforms.
- •Develop, test, and document solutions within Salesforce using both declarative and coded functionality.
- •Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.
- •Translate UX concepts, wireframes, and business requirements into intuitive, responsive, and scalable digital experiences.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience building full-stack solutions on Salesforce or similar platforms, with a strong front-end focus.
- •Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- •Experience developing customer-facing portal, community, or self-service experiences.
- •Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, Flows, configuration, testing, and deployment.
