- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of talented machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- •Develop and execute the machine learning strategy to drive business growth and product innovation.
- •Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ML models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and other key business areas.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for ML applications.
- •Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- •Requirements Proven experience in leading and managing machine learning teams.
- •Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data science principles.
- •Experience with ML platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- •Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills.
