About the role
TL;DR
Design, build, and maintain financial data models and pipelines for critical business decisions.
- •PayJoy is a mission-first credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets achieve financial stability.
- •This role will be instrumental in building the financial data infrastructure to support critical business decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain canonical FinOps data models.
- •Establish and document the single source of truth for financial metrics.
- •Build and maintain data pipelines integrating relevant financial sources.
- •Implement data-quality tests and validations at the transaction level.
- •Automate reporting, reconciliations, and FinOps processes.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- •Advanced English proficiency.
- •Advanced SQL and Python skills.
- •Experience with analytical databases (Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery).
- •Knowledge of accounting/finance fundamentals and BI dashboard design.
