- •PayJoy is seeking a Compensation and People Operations Partner to analyze HR data and support the compensation function.
- •This role focuses on data-driven insights and strategic decision-making within the people operations domain.
- •Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
- •Assist in developing and administering a data-driven total rewards and compensation structure.
- •Manage the bi-annual compensation adjustment cycle, including benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
- •Implement tools to automate and streamline compensation processes.
- •Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR analytics and compensation design.
- •Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- •Fluent English language proficiency.
