- •Papernest is seeking an FP&A Controller to manage overhead tracking and headcount controlling.
- •This role is highly operational and cost-focused, with a focus on P&L reporting and business partnering with department heads.
- •Key Responsibilities Budget, track, and forecast payroll costs and G&A expenses.
- •Perform monthly variance analysis and propose budget adherence measures.
- •Monitor hiring plans and quantify financial impacts of hiring changes.
- •Improve financial processes and tools for spend control and visibility.
- •Assist in consolidated P&L reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
- •Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 3+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Audit.
- •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and solid accounting foundations.
- •Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
