About the role
TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- •The Senior Financial Analyst will support the FP&A team with the annual budget process and monthly variance analysis, partnering with budget owners and finance teams for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- •This role will also assist in preparing executive and board presentations.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with teams on forecasting expenses and headcount, leading budget variance analysis with clear explanations.
- •Assist in identifying and implementing efficiencies using financial planning tools and AI.
- •Partner in the annual budget process, collaborating with Finance Business Partners, business leads, and accounting.
- •Collaborate in preparing monthly Executive Committee and quarterly Board Decks.
- •Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis for other financial and business priorities.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of work experience in Finance.
- •Advanced Excel skills including Financial Modeling, complex spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions.
- •Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
