FP&A Analyst to own OPEX planning and compensation analytics.
- •Filevine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to manage operating expense planning and compensation analytics.
- •This high-visibility role will partner with functional leaders on financial planning and compensation strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Own OPEX forecast across G&A, R&D, S&M, and Customer Success.
- •Build and maintain the company-wide headcount model.
- •Lead compensation benchmarking using market data sources.
- •Partner with People Ops on compensation cycles and impact modeling.
- •Support board and investor reporting with workforce metrics and trend analysis.
- •Requirements 3-6 years of FP&A experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
- •Strong technical foundation: advanced Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Domo).
- •Working knowledge of SaaS unit economics and operating metrics.
- •Experience with compensation benchmarking data and frameworks.
- •Sharp analytical instincts and strong communication skills.
