- •Pair Team is seeking a People Business Partner to support the growth of its operations-heavy organization.
- •This role will partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to enhance manager effectiveness, organizational design, and employee relations.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to drive people strategy supporting business growth and team effectiveness.
- •Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- •Support and improve core people programs like performance reviews and talent assessments.
- •Lead cross-functional projects to improve business operations and processes.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in HR or People roles, including direct experience as a People Business Partner.
- •Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
- •Experience supporting large, non-exempt employee populations, ideally in healthcare.
- •Prior startup experience during periods of rapid growth.
