TL;DR
Owns scope and delivery of Overview products, making tradeoff decisions and driving release execution.
- •Overview builds edge-deployed AI vision systems that automate quality inspection on factory production lines.
- •We are hiring a Staff Product Program Manager who owns scope and delivery of Overview products, combining genuine product thinking with program management expertise.
- •Key Responsibilities Own program scope, translating roadmap themes into scoped, sequenced deliverables.
- •Refine and pressure-test product specs, ensuring they are buildable and testable.
- •Run release management end-to-end, including validation gates and fleet rollouts.
- •Lead strategic customer deployment programs from pilot through production.
- •Synthesize field signal into prioritized requirements and scope adjustments.
- •Requirements 5–8 years of program management experience, with several years running programs combining hardware and software deliverables.
- •Track record of being accountable for scope decisions and making tradeoffs.
- •Product judgment, evaluating scope through customer impact and business value.
- •Full release-cycle ownership for a shipping physical product, including field deployment.
- •Strong written communication skills for tradeoff memos and postmortems.
