About the role
TL;DR
Owns end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation programs in a hybrid environment.
- •The Finance PMO & Enablement team is the connective tissue of MongoDB's CFO organisation, enabling teams across Finance to deliver strategic, scalable impact.
- •Program Managers are at the heart of how we deliver that mission, owning end-to-end execution of Finance transformation programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned Finance programs.
- •Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including critical path, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs.
- •Drive stakeholder alignment through effective program governance cadences and clear communication.
- •Coordinate UAT planning and execution in partnership with Business Analysts and Finance functional leads.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required; background in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 4–6 years of program or project management experience within a Finance, Operations, or Technology environment.
- •Strong organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- •Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tooling.
