Establish and manage operations hub in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- •We're expanding into Mexico and need an Operations Manager to establish our office and inventory hub in Guadalajara.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish and manage our Guadalajara office and inventory location Coordinate office setup, utilities, internet, security, access control, and vendor relationships Develop procedures for receiving, shipping, inventory management, safety, and day-to-day operations Implement and manage inventory processes using Cin7 Maintain accurate inventory records and stock controls Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a similar hands-on role Experience managing inventory, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and vendor relationships Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Professional fluency in both English and Spanish Based in or near Guadalajara and able to work onsite regularly
