- •OneTrust is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in India to manage a pooled, scaled portfolio of smaller customers.
- •This role focuses on protecting ARR, improving customer outcomes, and delivering in-timezone support across EMEA, APAC, and Middle East customers through a lighter-touch, high-volume Customer Success motion.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a scaled portfolio of smaller accounts using a repeatable, programmatic engagement model.
- •Protect retention by driving renewal readiness, surfacing risk early, and helping customers realize value.
- •Own complex situations within the scaled team, including escalations and cross-functional coordination.
- •Improve in-timezone responsiveness for APAC and Middle East customers.
- •Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.
- •Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
- •Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and operate effectively in a higher-volume environment.
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- •Good technical fluency for product guidance and adoption support.
