Lead complex OneTrust implementations as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success and value realization.
- •The Principal Consultant
- •Solution Lead role is a critical component of the OneTrust delivery architecture.
- •Following the sales process, consultants become the primary customer contact responsible for building and maintaining the relationship, leading the implementation of the solution, and managing customer expectations throughout the engagement.
- •As a Principal Consultant
- •Solution Lead, individuals are expected to lead complex customer implementations while acting as trusted advisors across their assigned clouds or solution areas.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead solution design and architecture for complex OneTrust implementations.
- •Act as the solution authority across engagements, guiding functional and technical teams.
- •Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and act as a senior advisor.
- •Analyse customer business processes and provide strategic recommendations.
- •Partner closely with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to proactively manage solution risks.
- •Requirements BA/BSc in Business, Engineering or related subject. 8+ years' experience in client-facing Professional Services role in a SaaS environment.
- •Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise IT projects.
- •Experience planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating implementation of SaaS systems.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
