TL;DR
Senior Producer responsible for delivering live content for LEGO Fortnite.
- •Epic Games is seeking a Senior Producer to join the LEGO Fortnite production team.
- •This role is responsible for partnering with an initiative leader to deliver fun, high-quality live content for LEGO Fortnite.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead by example, play testing the game and inspiring professional candor.
- •Partner with Design, Engineering, Art, QA, and production teams to scope, schedule, and ensure deliverables.
- •Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices for efficient, high-quality work.
- •Own the outcome by driving tradeoff decisions and partnering with the Release team to maintain databases.
- •Own the schedule by building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
- •Requirements Developed 2+ games from concept through launch in production/project management roles. 3+ years operating a live service game.
- •Strong experience using JIRA and other core project management tools.
- •Deep understanding of game development, partner approval processes, and dependency chains.
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated strong communication skills.
