TL;DR

Lead AI Governance initiatives, shaping product strategy and customer adoption for responsible AI.

  • OneTrust is seeking a Staff Product Specialist with deep knowledge of AI Governance Solutions, Responsible AI, and Enterprise AI Adoption to join their R&D, Customer Engineering team.
  • This role will lead AI Governance Initiatives within the Design Partner Program, partnering with innovative customers to operationalize AI Governance at enterprise scale.
  • Key Responsibilities Define the AI Governance Vision, capability strategy, and roadmap priorities for AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, and AI Compliance solutions.
  • Serve as the primary AI Governance advocate for strategic Design Partner customers, leading discovery sessions and converting feedback into actionable product recommendations.
  • Guide the evolution of capabilities across AI inventories, assessments, risk management, governance workflows, model oversight, policy management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Influence product and engineering execution by validating product direction through customer engagement and driving measurable improvements in product quality and adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on responsible AI, AI regulations, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Requirements 8+ years of product management, product strategy, solutions consulting, or technical product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Significant experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Data Governance, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and governance considerations associated with enterprise AI deployments.
  • Experience translating regulatory requirements and governance frameworks into product capabilities and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to work across Product Management, Engineering, UX, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Go-To-Market functions.
