- •This role involves providing primary care services on a per diem basis, offering a flexible schedule with 8-23 patient care hours per week.
- •Key Responsibilities See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- •Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- •Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
- •Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- •Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states as needed.
- •Requirements Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
- •Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting in the past 5 years, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
- •State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date.
