About the role
TL;DR
Owns the ground truth for simulation engine by directing AI agents and codifying data standards.
- •As a Staff Simulation Data Modeler, you will own the ground truth for Onebrief's simulation engine, AtomEngine.
- •You will direct AI agents to research and construct entities at scale, codify standards and formulas for accuracy, and stress-test assumptions in wargames.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead catalog strategy and prioritization across multiple segments.
- •Research and codify governing principles and defensible formulas for performance models.
- •Utilize AI agentic workflows for research, data entry, and documentation at scale.
- •Lead verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) across catalog segments.
- •Author internal and external-facing knowledge articles explaining model logic.
- •Requirements Strong research and analytical skills with sound judgment.
- •Demonstrated ability to direct AI agents productively.
- •Comfort with quantitative modeling and sanity-checking formulas.
- •Strong organizational skills to build and maintain a catalog system.
- •Concise, effective written and verbal communication.
