- •Omnea is seeking a Founding Head of Talent (US GTM) to own end-to-end Go-to-Market hiring, build pipelines at scale, and establish the foundations of the US talent function.
- •You will report directly to the Head of Talent and manage the complete hiring cycle for GTM roles.
- •Key Responsibilities Map talent markets, run sourcing campaigns, and build deep, qualified pipelines for GTM roles.
- •Partner with GTM leadership to shape role specs and define success profiles.
- •Craft compelling outreach and messaging campaigns to engage passive candidates.
- •Define hiring process, coach interviewers, and build scalable talent systems as the team grows.
- •Requirements 5+ years in high-growth startups with a GTM focus or similar fast-paced environments.
- •Proven track record of exceptional execution in recruiting or business development, meeting ambitious targets.
- •Ruthlessly focused on outcomes, organized under pressure, and leverages AI throughout processes.
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and building a function.
- •Strong bias to action, ability to hire for both volume and niche roles, and thrive in ambiguity.
