- •Okta is seeking an analytically driven People Analytics professional to join their team.
- •In this role, you will develop, optimize, and enhance data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning and improve employee experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze and report on the employee lifecycle, developing dashboards and reports for insights into hiring, attrition, engagement, and organizational health.
- •Design scalable reporting solutions and self-service dashboards to improve access to workforce insights.
- •Design, develop, and maintain predictive analytics models to identify workforce trends and risks.
- •Apply NLP techniques to analyze employee feedback and explore Generative AI use cases.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related analytics discipline.
- •Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and enterprise HR platforms.
- •Strong programming skills using Python and/or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
