- •Key Responsibilities Lead and train a team of Video Data Annotators, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- •Review and annotate video footage, identifying traffic events and potential violations.
- •Conduct quality checks, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- •Escalate recurring issues and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials.
- •Collaborate with the California office and leadership on process improvements.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in data annotation, QA, operations, or a similar detail-oriented environment.
- •Prior leadership experience (team lead, senior contributor, trainer, QA specialist).
- •Exceptional attention to detail and comfort making judgment calls.
- •Strong communication skills and ability to provide direct, constructive feedback.
- •Quick learner, comfortable with technology-driven workflows.
