- •Nuro is seeking a talented Total Rewards Manager to shape our compensation and benefits strategy.
- •This role is essential to designing competitive, equitable, and scalable reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a rapidly evolving industry.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement competitive total rewards programs (compensation and benefits).
- •Develop and manage salary structures, job leveling, and performance-based reward systems.
- •Lead benchmarking efforts to assess market trends and adjust programs accordingly.
- •Manage the annual compensation review and equity planning process.
- •Drive communications and education initiatives around compensation and benefits.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
- •Proven experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
- •Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- •Compensation system experience preferred (i.e., WorkDay, Market Pay, SAP HR).
- •Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in Excel.
