Implementations Associate configures customer systems and trains them on Numeric's financial data platform.
- •As an Implementations Associate, you'll perform hands-on work to get new customers live on Numeric, configuring their workspace, connecting systems, and running trainings.
- •This role is an entry point to the post-sales team, ideal for an accountant who wants to build systems rather than run them.
- •Key Responsibilities Configure customer workspaces using AI-assisted tools.
- •Connect and validate ERP and sub-ledger data integrations.
- •Deliver onboarding sessions and live reconciliation walkthroughs.
- •Manage workstreams like projects, keeping dashboards updated and chasing customer homework.
- •Automate implementation processes by writing KB articles and training AI agents.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of accounting experience with fluency in monthly close and reconciliations.
- •Fast learner of software, precise with data, and detail-oriented.
- •Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- •Bias for action and collaboration, owning workstreams end-to-end.
