About the role
TL;DR
Architects Miro solutions, designs roadmaps, and leads AI workflow advisory for enterprise customers.
- •The Innovation Architect is responsible for translating customer goals into concrete, sequenced plans for implementation within Miro, acting as the strategic and architectural layer of a MOST engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the solution roadmap for MOST accounts, running discovery and mapping operating models to business outcomes.
- •Architect end-to-end Miro implementations covering workspace governance, access models, and lifecycle management.
- •Lead AI workflow advisory, building intelligent, automated solutions using Miro's AI capabilities.
- •Facilitate executive and cross-functional working sessions and drive adoption through change management.
- •Requirements 6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or professional services.
- •Experience leading structured discovery with VP-level stakeholders and translating findings into actionable plans.
- •Working knowledge of collaboration governance and fluency in Miro or comparable platforms.
- •Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflow optimization and strong technical fluency with APIs and integrations.
